Location is very good - very center of Kranj. Parking is perfect. Nearby Krvavec, about 20min, biggest ski resort in Slovenia. Breakfast is ok.
Very small double bed with only one and very small) blanket?! Can't be explained with any logic;)

The free parking was on-site, exceptional service. Liked the queen room overlooking the garden. The breakfast was great with a wide range of APPETISING food. The hotel was in the central setting very close to the bus station to-and-from Ljubljana ….

Breakfast food service was wonderful! Very well prepared!! The reception staff was outstanding and did a great job! Very quick and polite!!
It was a little expensive for this type of hotel. You may increase your capacity but lower the price say 10 - 15 Euro per night, increase your occupancy and increase your revenue would be the end result in price reduction. You could also consider marketing promotions. Also, there was no form of travelers discounts such as motor club member discount. I noticed a lot of summer advertisements for what to do in the area during summer; however, there was not much for winter.
Tourists from United States of America often stay at these properties. Consider them for your next trip.
